Default 2003 CRV Passenger Side Headlight Burn-out

Anybody have any current solutions to this problem.
This is my 5th bulb being replaced.

Fuses Check OK
Relays Check OK
Lamp plug has no burnt contacts or moisture

email direct is OK at wa6avr@gmail.com

check the ground on the narness and the voltage in the plug make sure both sides are the same
