Yes, both have the same bolt pattern of 4-100

Yes. But why would you want to put civic rims on an Integra. The Integra wheels are premium wheels.

the bolt pattern are the same (both 4x100) sometime break caliper clearance can be a problem but in your case the offsets on both wheels are the same so you are fine there.

Another issue you may encounter, the civic have drum in the rear, where as the integra have disc. So maybe a break caliper clearance problem there?..
