Default 1996 Honda del sol will not start......

1996 Honda del sol manual shift will not start. I changed the plugs, wires, distributor cap, oil and filter. The car was started and turned on for 10 minutes to check for leaks. Car ran fine and smooth, the timing is correct. Then a gps was left plugged into the car overnight which killed the battery. The battery was charged on a trickle charger overnight but only showed 3 amps the next day, a cold day 40 degrees.

A new battery was put in. Car will not start, no click, no amount of tapping on the starter, no fuses are blown under the hood or the dash. Car has been rocked back and forth and will not start. What else could this be?
