Default Some repair questions about a 1997 Honda Accord EX 4 door sedan with a 16 valve I4 engine?

Roughly how much would it cost to replace fuel lines? Roughly how much would the parts cost and how many hours of labour are involved?

Does the same car absolutely have to have an Oxygen/O2 sensor as part of the exhaust?

How do you keep parts under the car from rusting so bad quickly?

Thanks.
