Default 92 Honda Acc smokes after putting new head

Im working on a 92 Honda accord, i got the car with bent valves so i got a new head fro a machine shop, put new gaskets and torched the bolts down put it all together and car is now smoking. The car runs good but when you drive a way the car smokes and fades as you drive away, when i stop at a red light and drive away it starts smoking again but it always fades away. The car has never smoked before all this. The guy from the machine shop thinks it might be the rings does anyone have any ideas ????
(Note) the machine shop i bough the head from used a belt grinder to resurface the head.
