Default Will 19 inch rims fit on my Honda civic?

Hello everyone, I have a 1996 Honda civic ex coupe and I have to replace my stock wheels' tires. Instead, I'd like to put on some rims + tires(from uncle's old car, integra) that's in my garage onto my civic.

Question is, if I put the rims on, what will it do to my vehicle?

My civic is completely stock nothing aftermarket done to it.

The rims are 19" and the tires are 245 35 19

I believe it will mess up my speedometer (make it seem slower than i actually am) and somewhat get me bad gas mileage.

Miiight have problems doing big turns? Most likely will lift the car a little bit?

I'm a teenager so idk much but those are my guesses and correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm just trying to see what would happen if I used those rims, thank you!

First, I am surprise he's able to fit 19's on his Integra.

To answer you questions.

I am pretty sure it will rub when you hit big bumps and when you turn. Your speedometer will be 9.768% too slow (Actual Speed:60 mph but it will show 54.6 mph) and the gas mileage will decline due to the weight of the wheel being heavier.

It is recommended to stay within 3% diameter difference of your stock tires size when you are looking to get new set of wheels. (which you're not with the 19's)

If you are over the 3% you will face the risk of break failure.
