Default if i change the steering wheel can i still have my horn and cruise?

i got a 2000 honda civic ex, was thinkin about changing the steering wheel with a racing style one, how would i go about keeping my cruise and horn??

It depends on where the controls are: if they are on the steering wheel, the simple answer is no.

A workaround might be possible, ie bringing the controls to other switches installed elesewhere, but it's a bit complicated.

Ive installed a quick release steering wheel to my 98 civic with a jdm b20b and yes u can have the horm bit cruise no... Since the buttons are on the stock wheel... The wiring is all connected to the srs and so you wouldnt be able to keep cruise... I wanted to keep cruise also but found out I cant...
