Default Can you make a 2 wheel drive 2008 Honda TRX250EX 4 wheel drive?

Is it possible to do so while keeping the same engine?

In short, no. You would need two output shafts (front and rears, or, like the older Honda 4x4s, one coming out the side T-ing into one going to the front and rear. The 250EXs driveshaft comes directly out the rear of the engine (exactly like the Recon), so it's basically impossible. Put some good mud tires on it and, with the right rider, it'll go almost anywhere a 4x4 will.

Have fun!
