Default Need help 94 civic PLEASE going crazy

Okay I have a 94 Civic EX 1.6 a friend gave me. Bad thing is the car never started checked compression all over the charts none matched and none reached over 70. Did the timing belt and water pump. The compression now are 150 on all 4 cylinders, I have spark (strong/blue) on all four plugs, fuel, and perfect compression now and the f***ing thing still wont start please someone give me an ideas what to try next. O i also checked the fule pump it turns on and the main really is working as well. all the fusses are good and all the grounds are solid please help.
