Default My Honda del sol trany feels stiff when I wana change gears!!! whats going on?

I bought this del sol from some guy, I know these cars are old. & I dont drive the car hard at all!!!

But I wana know wtf is going on!?

When I change gears, when I have the clutch floored the tranny doesn't open still, & I cannot put the gear in, I kinda of have to wait or something and even then I kind of have to force the gear in!! is my clutch going?! & if yes!? If I don't drive the car hard, can I drive it like this for another 3months or so?! Until I get my Integra motor, and trany at least help
