Default WHY DOES MY CIVIC CUT OFF WHEN FULL THROTTLE

MY 1990 CIVIC CUTS OFF WHEN I PRESS FULL THROTTLE DOES ANYONE KNOWS WHAT CAN BE WRONG?????
IF I RELEASE THE GAS PEDAL A LIL BIT IT WORKS PERFECT BUT IF I GO FULL THROTTLE IT CUTS OFF CAN IT BE THE MAF OR THE MAP SENSOR???
