Default what is the best battery for a honda crv(2004)?

our car just ran out of battery and we need to get THE BEST one for it

Optima Red. I have one in a 1990 Honda that is ten years old and still working good. However, I have heard the more recent ones have much less quality. My second choice would be an interstate megatron
