Default What do you think my B16 turbo can make (Very Detailed)?

pulling engine and sending to machinist TODAY!! getting really excited. Looking for educated guess' as to where my engine could end up WHP/TQ. Will post EVERYTHING as i see it.

1.6 Liter B16a2 DOHC VTEC engine.

Darton MID sleeves 81mm bore

JE 10.1:1 forged pistons

Eagle H beam Rods

Brian Crower Stage 2 turbo cams w/ vtec lobe (465:290 intake 450:292 exhaust valve lift degrees: Duration)

Supertech Dual Valve Springs with Titanium Retainers

Skunk2 Pro Series Adjustable Cam gears (+/- 10 degrees)

AEM Fuel Rail

B&M Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator

RC 750cc Fuel Injectors

ARP Head Studs

ARC Race Bearings

Vision Racing 10mm low resistance spark plug wires

Skunk2 Megapower 3'' Catback exhaust Straight piped to turbo down pipe

T3/To4e Turbo 57mm trim ( .60 A/R compressor housing, .48 Turbine housing, thrust bearing)

Cast Iron Log Manifold (wastegate off two exhaust pipes not over collector so boost creep might be issue but im ok with that)

38mm TIAL Wastegate with custom to atmosphere dump tube

GReddy Type S Bov with 5lb spring (will upgrade for new tuning)

Front mount 27x7x2.5 from Elli USA (air cooled)

Walbro 255 fuel pump

Hondata S300 ECU management

Hondata 4bar map sensor

Machinist will be doing Full engine blueprint, hone, and balance (including crankshaft), 3angle valve job port and polish

Engine stats as figured with MY PERSONAL (not just run of the mill) info in multiple online calculators just as a base average.

81mm bore

77.40 stroke (Eagle Rod stats confirmed)

203.25mm deck height

5.9cc dome (from JEpistons stats card)

134mm Rod Length (Eagle Rod confirmed)

.012in deck clearance

estimated static compression 10.56:1

estimated effective compression at 20psi (highest i will boost) 22.43:1

1595cc estimated displacement

wanting to stay at or near ~11.8-11.1 to 1 Air/Fuel throughout

will run 43-50psi fuel pressure to get best results with 750cc injectors

3 layer OEM .0026in head gasket NEW

Going to Rev 9500rpm (maybe higher if we feel the springs and valves can take it)

looking to push 15-20psi on 91 octane or if i can find it E85

I know im gonna kill my clutch so im getting ready to order the Competition Clutch Stage 3 6puck double sprung. Looking for 12lbs flywheel. Also MSD ignition and distributor is in the works as well.

if youre going to say "go with this engine or these parts" i dont want to hear it. This is my engine that i have for two years slowly built to this point. I wouldnt give it up for anything cause this is what I PERSONLLY LIKE. Just want people who are possibly more familure with Tuning to give their answers and suggestions (that are related to my build). Thanks.

thanks sean. i know the 91 is a very limiting factor (though i have seen in forums and stuff that people have gone 15psi with HUGE ignition retard at similar compression playing with the boundaries of detonation. i want safe lol so that's not me). . unfortunately i dont have 93 or higher available at pumps and i know there is E85 around here somewhere but its like my local area boycotted it or something lol. thats awesome though because im hoping for between 400-450 to the wheels. I guess the search will be worth it to find that E85 cause thats the results i want. Any other input?

First things first...You'll be limited to running less than 10psi on 91 octane with 10.5:1 compression. So, on 91 you will be lucky to make 350whp. E85 you could see the 15-20psi you want, though that might be the limit even on E85. At 15-20psi, I'd imagine you could hit 450~whp and 300-350wtq.
