Default HONDA XLR 125 Learner legal??? DVLA, UK?

Can you ride a HONDA XLR 125 on the road with L plates with a CBT?















Can you use this bike to take your bike test on? A2??

It is also shown on the Direct Govs list as an A2 machine - http://www.direct.gov.uk/prod_consum.../dg_197021.pdf - so yes to both.
