Question 1998 Honda Accord EX V6 Stuck in Park & Cruise Control broke

My car won't shift out of park (can't push button in on shift lock). I was able to unlock it temporarily by prying up panel below shifter and putting any key in little hole. Also my cruise control stopped working same time. The light on cruise control still works but none of the buttons work on cc. Brake lights may be out as well. I only checked brake lights while car was stuck in park. Any ideas? Just discovered horn doesn't work either. Update: I checked all fuses and found a blown fuse in Under-hood fuse box. Fuse was No. 5 - Stop - 20A. I replaced it and tried the horn. It gave a short beep and wouldn't honk again. I rechecked the No. 5 fuse and it was blown again. Wasn't able to check other functions because I have no more fuses.

Problem solved. I unplugged the horn on passenger side and everything works now.

If you are asking about the fuse, it is located under the hood. On passenger side all the way up on top close to windshield. Its inside a black box that's easy to open from front. There should be a little black fuse puller inside box, on the back near left. The fuse is yellow and near the right middle. If I'm able to post a photo I will. I should mention that I removed a horn and I thought that solved the problem. But it happened again so I removed the other horn. I recommend buying the 25 pack of fuses because you'll blow a bunch while testing horn, etc. I had to replace my starter a few days after removing 2nd horn (unrelated problem I think). I only mention that in case you go to start your car and only hear a click.
