Default 97 Accord 2.2L, Won't start

OK, I've replaced the Plugs, Wires, Distributer Cap, Rotor, Main Relay & the ICM (Igniter)! My problem is this: The car will start, then after about 20 mins of running it starts cutting out. About 3 minutes later it will stall & not restart for about 24 hours! This is all while the car is in park, at idle! Does any one have any ideas?
