Default why does my 99 honda accord keep overheating?

the radiator just starts steaming.

can you get a new radiator cap just at a auto parts store? do i need to go to the dealership?

Could be a lot of things. First things to check are the radiator cap (Just replace it) and replace the thermostat. (You might want a mechanic to do this one)
