Default 96 accord LX up in smoke

Was driving my Honda with no problem today when suddenly it started smoking near the radiator/ antifreeze reservoir(above the passenger head light). Looked at the temperature gauge and it was all the way to the top. Car is running fine if I have the heat on full blast, but it is summer and I am trying to fix this problem.

Of course this just happened tonight and it is far too dark to see if there is enough antifreeze, but I figure that a light would come on if this was low.

Any suggestions?
