Default 2000 Honda accord won't start at random, turns over but no fire?

my 4 cylinder 2000 Honda accord coupe has had a issue starting laity, the tank is full of gas and it is run on a regular basis, but once and a while you will get in and it won't start. the engine turns over like normal but it will not start. my guess is something to do with the fuel system but I'm not sure what it would be? any idea's?

i was thinking of changing the fuel pump but it will work for a while and then just one time i won't start, just turns over and over, and a while later it will. so I'm confused. it has had some electrical problems too, so maybe there's something that tells the pump to work or some electrical pump part that isn't working. has anyone had similar issues and found a solution?

thanks for your help!

well i think all of the icons were blinking when it happens

Does it sputter when you have this problem, or does it keep cranking continuously, with only the sound of the starter motor? From what you said, it sounds like it doesn't sputter (try to start), so:

Is your engine immobilizer light blinking when you try to crank the engine? It is the key icon in your instrument panel. If it is, that means there is an issue with your key communicating with the engine computer (ECU). This will prevent the ECU from commanding the fuel injectors to open, causing a no-start condition. Try using a spare key instead of the one you normally use.

If it does sputter, then write back. There are other things you should test.
