Default Question about Speedometer of my Honda Civic 2008?

Hi all, I have Honda Civic 2008. I got problem in my car's Speedometer, which is unable to show me Fuel Gauge and Temperature Gauge. I can see that Indicators are working properly in it, but not showing fuel and Temperature gages. The RPM meter is working properly.

I consulted with diff rent Car Electrocutions but they failed to solve this problem.

Advance Thanks

Can any one provide me a batter solution?

Thanks for replying. My problem is not solved yet. i changed 3 meters so the problem is not in the meter. i took this car to Honda's dealership they ask me to replace "Meter Assy Comp" , "Set, Meter Comp", "Wire Harn Inst". Please tell me is these things are related with my problem?. They also told me some possible failure.such as..Fuel injector clogged, leaking...Fuel injector harness open or short,,,compression low,,,Valve clearance incorrect,,,Spark plug carbon deposits or fouling,,,ignition wire open or current leaking,,,ignition coil (DLI) open or failure,,,ICM and coil line open,,distributor failure,,,fuel pump pressure,,fuel line clogged,,fuel filter clogged,, pressure regulator stuck open,,,EGR clogged jet, leak to atmosphere,,,,VTEC pin stuck,,,MAP sensor characrer-istic shift,,,compression low,,,,insufficient fuel,,,ignition wires open or current leaking,,,ICM failure. i just want to solve the meter problem, i describe all here now kindly tell me what should i do to solve me

"I consulted with diff rent Car Electrocutions"

Well, there's your problem.

I'm pretty sure an electrocutioner is the not the right person to talk to.

Unless you want to die by voltage?

Yaser,

So the needle in your fuel gauge and temperature gauge in your Civic is stuck at a certain position? If these gauges are not functional then there may be a problem with your fuel tank sensor. I would have a skilled mechanic inspect the sensor and if it is worn then replace accordingly. This diagram of your fuel tank may aid you in diagnosing the exact problematic area of the fuel tank: http://www.hondapartsnow.com/Page_Pr...l%20Tank%20(1)

As for your non-operational temperature gauge, one possible culprit could be a blown fuse. Have a certified mechanic inspect all of your fuses in order to determine the precise problem.

Good luck with your repairs!
