Default 90 Honda Prelude running rich!!! help!?

hey guys so my 1990 honda prelude SR ( B21a1 2.1L ) is running rich and i have NO IDEA WHY!!! so far i've replaced:

O2 sensor

spark plugs

fuel filter

i've also got all my injectors professionally cleaned and flow tested.

the burning rich is not to be confused with burning oil as i know the difference between the two. i can smell gas, and when i go above 3500 rpm, (thats where i've heard the O2 sensor shuts off?) i can see black smoke. i have no check engine light, the computer says everythings fine. its not

what could it be?? thanks alot, Cory

There are a couple of common causes of this problem and a million reasons! Lol The first thing that I would check is the vacuum line to the MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor for being cracked, torn or not connected. Next, an out-of-range CTS (coolant temperature sensor) will cause a rich mixture also a ruptured diaphragm of the fuel pressure regulator will too. Also the system goes into open loop (no O2 sensor calculations) When the throttle opening reaches 80% it has nothing to do with the RPM!
