Default 98 Honda Civic Ex: Idle Air Control?

Where is the Idle air control located? It says it's behind the throttle body, but I looked and nothing's there! It doesn't seem to have a missing part either. So, Is it somewhere else? or is it missing? Could this be the reason for a Check Engine Light?

the idle control on old model are incorporated in the throttle body.look for a screw

It could also be at the bottom of the throttle body (may look like a cylinder shape)

If you have a Rotary air control valve (RACV), it has a tendency to get stuck up due to dirt/deposites. the bad new is when they do stuck up, they can damage the ECU by burning its corresponding capacitor. but luckily that capacitor is available in an electronics shop.check the RACV first before changing/repairing the ECU

If you only have a scew for Idle air control in the throttle, there is an Intake Mixture Adjuster (IMA) located near the driver door. it looks like a box with screw
