Default Honda Civic 2009 Lease question?

I have a 2009 Honda Civic 4 Door Sedan and i am leasing it.

I lease it for 3 years im not sure how much it originally costs but i pay 270 dollars a month for it, i was just wondering how much i'd owe after my lease is up if i wanted to keep the car and i was wondering if the dealer would give me a discount or low payments every month after my lease?
