Exclamation Swapped D16Y8 to D15B in 97 civic lx gears shifting too high PLEASE HELP!

I recently swapped my d16y8 to a d15b nontech in my 1997 civic lx. After i got it done it shifted 3-4 rpms at all gears at first until eventually it started shifting at even higher rpms. I got tired of having to drive around looking as if my d15 can beat any car on the road because i had to shift at 5-6 rpms now so i took it to the dealership and they said i had 3 codes..baro sensor internal failure of pcm or wrong pcm, tp sensor not recognized or open. and cracked exhaust manifold. They also said the tranny fluid is dark as well and over filled. The dealership said i have to replace the pcm/ecu. Although i asked tigerjdm online how can i fix this high rpm shifting and they said to put all the sensors from the d16y8 to the d15. i called some technician from tigerjdm and he advised to change the intake manifold but keep the ecu. Im so confused!!! everyone is telling me different things> i DOnt want to have to replace parts that arent necessary. Can anyone tell me what i really need to do to fix this please??? I want to sell this thing already. I leave in an urban area in fed up reparking the car for this damn street sweepers....
