Default Honda accord help...PLEASE HELP.?

Hey my Honda accord 1991 wont turn on and I would like to know where the fuse for the fuel pump is located I think that's the problem. I bought a new battery but the car won't start it sounds like it wants to but it doesn't. And when I put it to go no gas goes threw the fuel pump. Thanks!

Can you help please?

A bad fuel pump relay (aka the Main Relay) is the most common cause of your problem. The fuel pump relay is located in the top of the dash, near the left air vent. Try this: while the engine is cranking but not starting, use your left hand to deliver a sharp whack to the top of the dashboard above the left air vent. It might actually start. Not kidding.
