Default Honda 2006 Civic A/C problem

At the first of summer the A/C didn't work. Had it charged and worked it fine for a month. One day I was a passing a car and held the rpm at about 4500 for several seconds. The A/C stopped cooling which is normal (compressor shuts off temporarily for extra power or something like that) but then it never started cooling again. Took it back, had it checked and it had leaked down again. The leak was in the condensor so had it replaced but now it's not cooling and kicking out a PCM error. Is there anything that needs to be reset in the ECU/PCM/ECM..etc. that lets it know that the coolant is not low and that "I've let off the gas"? Thanks!!!!!
