Default '96 Honda Civic AC Flow weakens as air gets colder?

I'm driving a 1996 Honda Civic EX, and my AC is acting up. When I first start the car, the airflow is normal even though it hasn't cooled yet, but after the air gets cool enough, the flow weakens. In other words, I could be running my AC on high and it'll feel like it's running on low once the air has gotten cool enough. Any thoughts on what the problem could be and how much it would cost to fix it?

well because the air has to be heated so it its not going to come striaght through your vents toasty and warm it takes time to warm the air ...unless your engine temprature was extremely high as the engine is what warms the air

I would check the drain for your Evaporator case. If you ever see a car sitting and running with the A/C on you would probably see a small puddle of water forming underneath it. This is caused by condensation forming on your evaporator core inside the cabin of your vehicle and leaving through the drain built into your HV-AC case. if that gets plugged it can cause water to accumulate in your evaporator causing poor airflow, a musty smell, or causing it to leak into the floorboard, usually on the passenger side of the vehicle.
