Default honda cbf 125 or honda cbr125r?

i've been riding a 125 ped for a year now and have decided that a new geared bike is what i need, i've looked around and the two honda's have really got my attention i just can't decide which one is better. i know the cbf is a reliable and larger bike and the cbr is a smaller sportyer and fast bike also with a bigger price tag. is the cbr worth the extra money? I CAN'T DECIDE... please help!
