Default Cracked bumper, does it have to be replaced?

My gf was driving my 98 Accord, and hit a curb. The front bumper has a pretty good vertical crack on the passenger side, near the bottom. Do I need to replace the whole thing? Or can I just get the crack repaired without replacing the part?
