Default Help with 99 civic model????

Im soo confused please help.

Ok so the raised logo on the back of my 99 civic 4 door says dx, yet when i search my vin # online it shows up as 99 civic se..

my 99 civic has d16y7 and is 4 door silver coupe.. so im wondering what is my car a dx or an se?

i know se means special edition. whats the deal here?

plz help ive been wanting this info since i bought the car
