Default What D Series engine should i put im my 97 Honda Civic?

Its a automatic i just blew out the engine and i want to swap it out to manual.

d16y8 is the vtec motor that came in the ek coupe. or you could go with a d16z6 also a vtec motor but from the eg. Either way your going to have to swap ecu's and alot more for the auto-manual conversion
