Default Issue with stalling

I have a 99 Accord and since a month after I bought it has had a stalling problem. I have already replaced the ignition switch and wiring and it continues to stall. It happens randomly and can go a while without doing it (except for recently) but the one pattern I see is that it stalls when the car is slowing down and the RPM's are decreasing. It has never stalled while accelerating or maintaining speed. A few times the car has also had a really rough idle. It typically tends to get a little rough in quick spurts while stopped. Any suggestions?

pull out and clean your idle air control valve with carb cleaner, replace your pcv valve, and bolt off and clean out your intake manifold. i know nothing about cars and did this on my 99 civic dx in no time.

also change spark plugs, wires, dist. cap and rotor.

cleaning your iacv is free! and a new pcv valve may be 5$ maximum.

hope this helps... my car when i bought it used with 80,000 miles on it stalled and had a horrible idle. i just bolted few things off like iacv and IM and boom now it runs smooth like silk.

I would also highly reccomened you buy a can of seafoam and put 1/3 in ur gas tank, 1/3 in your oil, and 1/3 through brake booster line, i did this as well and can tell a world of difference.

My 99 civic dx now has 90,000 miles on it and honestly runs like the motor only has 10,000 miles on it...

basically what im getting at is you put 150-200$ in your car and youll be amazed at the difference
