Default Honda element maitenance required 167000 miles?

The maitenance required light is on. Its almost to 168000 miles, but it came on mid-167000. I dont see or hear anything wrong, is there something im supposed to do around this mileage? Its an '04, by the way.

Default

That light just turns on automatically depending on when it was last reset. If the oil needs changed, have it done and have the light reset. As long as the maintenance schedule has been followed, there are no major inspections at that interval.
