Default What are the connections for.a 93 Honda accord?

Is the ground on the starter the top bolt and the power the bottom bolt

Neither bolt is ground. The larger bolt is the power (goes directly to the battery). and the smaller goes to the ignition switch. Always disconnect the battery before working on the starter. Better yet, have someone who knows what they're doing work on it.
