Default what are cheap things i can do for hp on 99 civic dx and also keep it running good

Hi im very new at this but was wondering what are some cheap things or reasonably priced things i can do to gain HP?

Im also trying to keep the car running good and have changed plugs,wires,dist cap and rotor, cleaned iac valve, egr valve, new pcv valve.. any other engine parts i can bolt off and clean?
