Default whats the best and cheapest way to lower my 1997 honda accord?

i want to go low! maybe a drop of around 3inches front and rear iv looked at coilovers but i cant find anything under 1k. what would be a good spring / strut combo? and if you could could you provide a picture of how low it is? im going for kinda a hella flush look in the end. if there are some good coilovers that give me that drop for around 600 to 700 bucks please direct me to them as well.

You could be brave and start fabricating. Just pop out the GRINDER!!! On some stock stuff of course unless you want performance parts then you'll just have to pay. otherwise if its just for looks start cutting thats what me and my friend did for fun haha. Im about to do it to a motorcycle too.
