Default Civic wont start need help?

I have a 91 ed3 civic sedan auto. The car worked fine then while driving shut off and now it wont start. I'm getting power from my battery to the starter cuz it turns over. One of my spark plugs has oil coming out. Is that stopping my car from starting. In trying to start it could I have messed up the distributer? Or the starter?.. my check engine light dosent come on... and with oil leaking threw will I need to do a full seal job or just not mess with it. Its a d15b2 with 197000 on it
