Default I have a programmed Honda car key 2004...?

Okay... So what i need to know is where can i get my car key cut at? My shell for my key was broken from the top so i ordered a new shell off of ebay... I dont need it to be programmed cause it locks and unlocks my car. Everything works only i need it to be cut. I know walmart cant do it... Where could i get it cut at ? Please help me out... Thanks !

There are two ways the key needs to be programmed if it the type I'm thinking of. One is to program it to lock and unlock the doors. The other is to get the car to accept it when you put it in the ignition. That part has to be done at the dealership as far as I know.

The local Ace hardware store cuts keys for me, whether I buy the key there or not. May be different in your town.
