A person? LOL! It appears you want opinions not facts and technical stuff so here it goes: In my opinion (I actually work at a Honda dealer in TX), the FIT is an awesome car. If the Accord did not exist I would have bought me a Fit. It's compact, fierce looking, it can be tuned for racing, and it is fuel efficient. The price tag is reasonable as well. A+ Car

I've heard it's an excellent solid car.

I agree with PREDATOR. It doesn't seem like they'd be very safe in a crash, or BFG friendly though.

Chuck doesn't know what he's talking about. The Fit has received a a rating of "Good" in IIHS tests.

You also should compare car insurance quotes for cars before buying one, for example here - carinsurance.deep-ice.com

Smile Re: The Honda Fit. Is it a good or bad car?

http://(Trip computer A301) traffic ...small problems
Last weekend when I was driving back to my home on highway at speed of 100Km/h, suddenly a "click" came from the engine, and the engine turned off directly, then I got off and found that the belt is broken. Wilderness, when at 3 am, waiting for 1 hour under the speed called the trailer towing to maintenance depot, after vehicle examination confirmed the fracture belt, the top valve was bad, black ah! Repair took more than 450USD, barely drove to my home, on the way the car shaking like a leaf. Now the first thing is to go to 4S shop, the technician told me the cause of the malfunction: the belt and the valve is not original which lead to the car body shaking so need to be replaced again, depressed ah! It took more than 300USD, and finally repaired.

Then check the relevant information and know that most of the original manufacturers of the timing beltís life expectancy is at least 10 million kilometers. When last maintenance, the maintenance staff had reminded me to replace the timing belt. I wanted to save some money and not replaced. Regret ah! At that time the speed is 100Km / h, if there is a car behind it, how Dangerous!

I told my story to one of friend. He told me that he bought a trip computer A301 from sinosells. He said that it may be helpful for you. I followed his instruction and bought my A301 trip computer. According to the guidelines, I installed in only 2 minutes. Oh, itís very easy!

Directly make an experiment to check it
Set the trip computer to automatic fault detection alarm mode

Open the engine cover. Manually set a car trouble, and then unplug the "air flow sensor plug"

Car alarm fault indication should be light on; idle speed is unstable, speed changes between 800-1200 non-stop beatings, body trembling. Start the car, after about 2-3 seconds, the headlights of the dashboard really went on.

Ignite the key, trip computer buzzer rang, the screen flashes, the fault alarm. Look at the computer screen shows the breakdown lane with 2, it seems that this car has taken the air flow sensor and intake air temperature sensor into one synthesis.

Turn off the engine; plug the "air flow sensor plug" back,

Restart the car, headlights is still bright, depressed! Take the Trip computer to see whether there is "clear the fault code" function or not.

Otherwise I have to go 4S store to clear the fault indicator and goes off. Aha, trip computer turn out to be that view the complete content of trouble code after fault alarm, you can also choose whether to "clear the fault code" or not, finally fault indicator went out

Good results! The other functions are also very strong, and it seems to be a nice item, ha-ha
