Well.... i guess but why not buy a car with bigger potential. Also remember that replacing an engine isnt just throwing in a new block..everything including labor would be around $12k. maybe do it for 10 depending on the labor.

Acura RSX Type S

-K20a2 Motor and Transmission better to buy in one piece for all sensors

(02-04 ideal motor) (05-06 drive by wire)

-Sub Frame

-Shift Cables

-Shift Assembly/Knob

-Power Steering Hard Line

-Slave Cylinder To Clutch Master Cylinder Clutch Lines

-Clutch Master Cylinder and Reservoir (if auto?.d17 clutch master cylinder is good quality for this swap)

-Clutch Pedal is also required for swap from auto to manual

-Brake Pedal can also be bought but can cut the auto one

-Gauge Cluster to see your new redline

Acura RSX and/or Honda Civic SI

-Axles (type s ones do not fit)

-lower radiator hose

Aftermarket Essentials

-Hasport Motor mount kit

(innovative also makes a kit)

-Hybrid-Racing wiring conversion harness

-Denso primary O2 sensor

-AEM wideband O2 sensor

-Hondata engine management system (required for start up)

Bolt On?s

-header any type s

-Intake (any will do but v2 looses power. Injen and eBay ones work well, lol)

-Mishimoto radiator off Type S (includes fan and install kit) ( cutting is required to fit this)

-auto zone upper radiator hose part number (m248)

Start up Parts

-Serpentine belt

-NGK laser iridium spark plugs

-Mobil one synthetic motor oil

-Brake fluid dot 3-4 for clutch

-Honda blue antifreeze for radiator (1-2 bottles)

-Honda green transmission fluid 2 quarts

-Honda power steering fluid (2 bottles)

Return Fuel system

-6an fuel line (20 feet)

-aeromotive fuel filter 10 micron

-aeromotive fuel Pressure regulator A1000-6

-1/8 npt fuel pressure gauge

-walbro fuel pump kit (also need 1 foot of fuel hose from napa aka gates fuel hose)

-hybrid-racing fuel rail (if doing this its recommended to replace the injector o rings with new ones)

-fuel fittings for kit (depends on angles and direction your guiding the lines)

-If doing return you must get a 90 degree bulkhead for on fuel pump assembly

Good Luck.

possible ? sure.. you can do it for alot less if you do it yourself, and if your not going to than a swap is kind of pointless, your going to get charged way more than the motor in labor. Personally I would swap a K into a lighter car. If you got 10grand laying around why not snag a cheap crx and build the living crap out of it.
