Default if i have a air intake tornado turbonator turbo fuel saver fan where would i put it on a...

...1997 honda accord?

No where. Those things do absolutely 100% positively nothing.

Someone basically stuck a spinning fan in a short tube and called it a "turbo".

These things actually cause a restriction ruining your airflow and disrupt that smooth airflow, that will cause a power loss and an increase in fuel consumption as the ECU richens the mixture out to compensate for air loss.

Return it and get your money back.

On your tailpipe to look pretty or dangling from your rear view mirror to remind you not to be so gullible in the future.

If it was so easy to save fuel or create power then they would be fitted to cars from stock
