Default 2011 Honda Odyssey EX-L with Navi or Touring?

I am thinking about buying a 2011 Honda Odyssey and is wondering if I should get a EX-L with Navi or bump up one and get a Touring with the Navi and Rear Entertainment System? Both are close in price so i can afford either one but just wondering if the Touring was really worth it.

I would rather save money on the EX-L but was just wondering if there was a big difference on Touring. I am probably going to have a RES (DVD) system aftermarket on it so i didn't think it was a big difference but just wondering.

If money is no problem, get the touring.

Edit: It's only a difference of $4k, so you have to see if the differences are worth the extra money.

This is what the touring adds:

18" Alloy wheels

6-Speed Automatic Transmission

Heated Power Side Mirrors with Integrated Turn Indicators

Memory-Linked Side Mirrors with Reverse Gear Tilt-Down

Acoustic Windshield

Body-Colored Parking Sensors (front/rear)

Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation System? with Voice Recognition, FM Traffic and Multi-View Rear Camera[8]

Honda DVD Rear Entertainment System[6]

246-Watt AM/FM/CD/Hard Disk Drive 15GB Memory (HDD) Audio System with 7 Speakers including Subwoofer[9]

Steering Wheel-Mounted Navigation and Phone Controls

Interface Dial with Scrolling and Multi-Line Display

115-Volt Power Outlet (3rd-Row)

Ambient Footwell Lighting

Integrated Sunshades (2nd and 3rd-rows)

Driver's Seat with 10-Way Power Adjustment including Power Lumbar Support and Two-Position Memory

One-Motion 60/40 Split 3rd-Row Magic SeatŪ with Folding Center Armrest

Programmable Multi-Information Display (MID)

You can't go wrong either way, it just depends which fits your needs.
