Default Honda XR100 attaching front wheel to forks?

I was replacing front the tire on my XR100 dirt bike and I forgot to pay any attention to how the attaching parts were laid out when connecting to the the wheel to the forks.

Does anyone happen to have a diagram or maybe just an accurate description? If someone with an XR100 could just snap a couple pictures of their front wheel, that would be VERY helpful as well.

Thanks for any help!

I forgot to mention, my XR100 is a 2003 model. Yours doesn't have to be, any pictures will be helpful.
