Default How would I go about replacing the trim on my 2000 Honda Civic EX?

I bought a 2000 Civic that I wanted to clean up a bit.

The rubber trim around the car (passenger/driver side windows, windshield) is slightly faded and has some splotches that I can't buff out. Plus, the rubber is cracking around the windows, and there are wax spots that I can't get out.

I know I can replace the rubber around the windows and all of that, but I've never tried. Any advice from those that have done this? Where can I buy the rubber and adhesive used for this job?

Thanks!
