Default Will adding a different viscosity motor oil to a hybrid make shaking a little bit more?

I have a 2003 civic hybrid,,and the guy I bought it from didn't add 0w-20 oil he added something else. cus the car shakes when I'm at a stop, and once I release the brake it stops.

that car requires 0w-20 oil. anything else will cause it to not start or stall like that, as well as possibly turning on the check engine light

This doesn't sound like an oil problem to me. I'd take it to a GOOD mechanic to find out the problem.
