Default Why Does my 97 Honda civic idle so low?

1997 Honda Civic Ex 106K 5speed MT, Stock, No MODs

When driving for about 15 min or until the engine temp is warm, (Casual Driving) I will pull up to a stop light and my idle will drop from 800 rpm to about 200-300, it feels like the car is going to die but it doesn't. There are no Check Engine Light.

Parts Replaced To Find Solution

Brand New IAC Valve

New Front O2 Sensor

Clean Intake Filter

New Battery

Flushed Coolant

Im running out of ideas.
