Default whats better for performance? Tune a f22 motor or swap for h22?

I got a 92 accord. If staying with f motor is better what performance parts should i tune it with to make at least 190hp?

Itll take more work to get a f22 to 190hp also depends on wat exact engine u have. Plus im guessin ur f22 is stock and its 20 years old ull be better off gettin an h22 at 50k miles or less. if u get a h22 ull be at 200-220 stock and they handle more power alot better. Just look on ebay and find a good motor swap and make sure its from a jdm seller or somthin legit.
