Default Technical Serice Bulletins - Steering vibration 60-70mph

Hey guys. Got here against coz im looking for any info on a TSB for 05 EX 4cyl. 27k mi.Steering vibration at highway speed the tires have been rebalanced and did not fix the problem. I found old post that said there is a TSB for this problem for vehicles vin # starting with 1HGCM. Anyone who has the idea about this? Another thing is that I'm having is heavy steering wheel vibration when at high idle and when compressor/fan kicks on when AC running. Not sure if problems are related but thought iot might help with diagnosis.Im planning to go back to dealer tomorrow and as much as possible i want to go there with knoledge.
