Honda Civic... Si stands for Slow Import. Haha Kidding. It stands for Sports Injection. They are slightly better engines, im inking they are naturally aspirated (more power added w/o forced inductions such as turbos). They are better yes, they are improved in performance with new VTEC engines. You will see they have more horsepower and tq comparing to base models. My buddy has one, they are very strong reliable engines, i have VTEC in my honda s2000 too. Si are very good cars yes!

Most new hondas have an SI model if you go to a Honda dealership, SI is in the name so you can simply shop around. The pics you have are modified cars (not sold by honda dealers) so you will have to look around for people who modified them and are selling them. There are no specific modifications on most, it depends on what the owner wanted on the car.

Its a Honda civic coupe, this generation is refered to as the "EK". SI is Hondas factory performance treatment, it gives the car more power, sharper handling, and alittle better styling. These particular cars are exstensivly modified by their owners, so you'll probably never see another exactly the same. If you go on Craigslist, you should't have a hard time finding one, either a stock one as a blank canvas to start modifying to your taste, or a already souped up one, for a decent price.

Black one is a 1997 Civic EX. (It also says it on the page if you didn't notice)

This car comes from the factory equipped with a D16Y8 SOHC VTEC engine. Makes 127hp and 107ft-lbs of torque.

The blue one is a 1999 Civic Si.

These come with a B16A2 DOHC VTEC engine. Makes 160hp and 111ft-lbs of torque.

Unfortunately you can't buy any Civics exactly like those since they both have quite a bit of aftermarket work, especially the black Civic. You can however find them stock and build them to be similar to those cars. It just takes dedication and a good sized wallet.
