You really dont need to service it unless air or debris has contaminated the system. You could also do it if you ever have to replace any of the power steering lines or steering rack.

Never.















Power Steering fluid should only be handled if a leak is found, is foul colored+smell, the system has had major work, or a lot of contamination is found in the fluid.
